I do not recommend they will run a diagnostic an assume it’s this an what ever an the whole time never fixed my leak kept putting Freon never held the cold hair kept saying was couple parts never fixed the problem to keep cooling an keep blowing . Charges me over 2k to fix a never solved the issue I do not recommend this place I was not happy with my services they got me for my money over charges a problems was not fixed .

I realize this review is about two years overdue, but I’m just now getting around to posting it and honestly, the time that has passed only proves my point. The Good Two years ago, I paid Around $5,000 for parts and labor for a DCR Conversion kit here. To their credit, the work has been absolutely flawless. I have had zero issues with the job they did, and the truck has run great ever since. They clearly have good mechanics. The Bad Their business and upsell practices left a lot to be desired. While my truck was in, they insisted on replacing the fuel filter making a massive deal about how "critical" it was despite the fact that I had just changed it myself two weeks prior. Worse, they tried to pressure me into a brand-new water pump, claiming mine was cracked and actively leaking fluid. Because I waited two years to write this, I can confidently say they were wrong: I never replaced that water pump, and to this day, I still do not leak a single drop of coolant. Bottom Line If you need major work done, they do a good job. But go in with your guard up, know your vehicle, and watch out for unnecessary upsells.

I had an incredible experience at this auto shop. The team here is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. Fidel and Frank in the front office were particularly helpful, taking the time to explain the issues with my car in a way I could easily understand, and they were completely transparent. It's rare to find a place that combines such excellent service with true honesty and a customer-first approach. I left feeling confident and well-cared for. Highly recommend!

They charge around $130 for a "full inspection/computer diagnostic" that apparently doesn't include checking the coolant level? Finding various loose nuts sitting around under the hood after my vehicle was returned to me was not very reassuring either 😬 Edit - when I brought my car back the same day after noticing these issues the mysterious nuts were acknowledged by staff and (hopefully?)replaced. -And they certainly had opened the hood to replace my leaking valve cover gasket The coolant was also acknowledged to me as a mistake and remedied by the staff at that time. So I'm not really looking for any response, thanks. The low rating is to warn other customers that in my one and only experience at this shop I had to wrestle with my schedule and coordinate child care simply because the work wasn't done correctly the first time and I had to go back to get it remedied
